UCSD Physician Assessment and Clinical Education Program (PACE)

The UC San Diego Physician Assessment and Clinical Education (PACE) Program sponsors the following thought-provoking series addressing timely concerns that are facing the medical community and what can be done about them. PACE is dedicated to the education of physicians and other health care professionals; the detection, evaluation, and remediation of deficiencies in medical practice; and assisting the medical profession in its quest to deliver the highest quality of health care to the citizens of the United States. Potential topics in this series include physician education, physician remediation, physician competency evaluations, physician fitness for duty evaluations, physician performance, physician impairment, aging physicians, and physician leadership.
