UC San Diego Jazz Camp
UC San Diego Jazz Camp is an annual five-day summer program for intermediate to advanced level musicians, ages 14 to Adult. An extraordinary faculty of leading jazz improvisers and educators breaks down the boundaries between "inside" and "outside," sharpening student performance skills and enriching their experience of jazz as a broad spectrum of options for musical expression. Each program culminates in a Finale Concert, featuring student ensembles performing standards and original compositions with the participation and under the direction of faculty members.
