A collective fantasy of the discarded and disenfranchised. This elegant and sad waltz alternates between the grimy setting of a derelict, abandoned pier, and a beautifully appointed ballroom filled with graceful dancers. The well-ordered movement patterns begin to cause friction, and lead us back to the reality of a lowlife existence and the group's inclination to turn on itself when it suits them. As Sartre said, "Hell is other people."
